Service

Adranum analyzes customer-authorized ERP exports, proposes reviewable remediations, and records validation and approval evidence. Customers remain responsible for source authorization, SAP licensing, technical review, connected systems, testing, deployment, and production change decisions.

Customer responsibilities

You must have authority to connect systems, protect credentials, validate policies in shadow mode, assign appropriate reviewers, and monitor enforcement outcomes. You may not use the service unlawfully or attempt to access another workspace.

Subscriptions

Adranum is sold through a scoped engagement rather than self-service checkout. Where a paid subscription is agreed, it is billed through Stripe and renews until canceled, and the price, limits, status, and renewal date are stated in the agreement and shown in the workspace. Taxes may apply.

Availability and liability

The service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance and security controls. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
